No.This is a single-entry event.No re-entry will be allowed. Food and beverage zones will be set up within the event venue.

No outside food or drinks will be allowed.Since this festival features water, safety precautions are in place for the well-being of the attendees.

Since the festival features water, it is suggested to wear applicable and safe footwear such as aqua shoes or sandals. Summer Clothes and some beach wear with cover alls are ideal.

A festival map/location map shall be available online, as well as color coded location signages for easy navigation.

There are four (4) field hospitals and Quick Response Teams that are deployed all around the venue. Doctors and nurses are available in each. There are patient transport vehicles (ambulances) on stand by.

· All minors(16 to 17) must be accompanied by an adult. · Minors will be issued a special tag identifying them as minors. · No minor shall be allowed to purchase or consume alcohol and cigarettes during the event. Anyone caught in violation of this term will immediately be asked to leave the event, along with their designated adult guardian. · A single adult or guardian may take responsibility for 3 minors of whom shall be their responsibility

· Bags and personal items are subject to security inspection. Please see list of prohibited items at #10 · WATERBOMB MANILA 2025 will implement the single-entry system. Re-entry will NOT be allowed. · Artists line-up per day is subject to change without prior notice.. · Outside food and beverages are prohibited in the venue area. Food and beverage partners will be available inside within the enclosed premises.

· ALL water guns must be purchased from official merchants within the venue. Note : This is to ensure the proper calibration of the water guns to preserve the fun and safety of everyone at the venue · Unofficial water guns will immediately be confiscated. · Water gun use is restricted within the main stage area and other designated wet zones. · Directing the water guns at the artists’ faces are strictly prohibited. Violation will result to the offender to be removed from the event. · Use of water guns to inconvenience or harm other attendees is strictly prohibited and may result to the offender being removed from venue. · Firing water guns at concert equipment such as the sound booth, speakers, lights, etc. may cause damage and concert disruption resulting to a fine or legal actions. WATERBOMB is not responsible for any disputes or injuries arising from water

· General photography and video recording with smartphones is permitted. · Professional photography equipment (e.g., telephoto lenses, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks over 1 meter) are strictly prohibited. · Photography restrictions and prohibitions may apply at the request of artists. Violators will be asked to delete footages and photos or be made to exit the venue. · WATERBOMB and official sponsors may use photographs and videos of attendees for commercial purposes. · The host/organizers/official sponsors have the right to use footage captured at the venue for commercial purposes (e.g., TV, radio, and online). · Unauthorized multimedia uploads that violate the brand or requirements of artists will be asked to delete footages and photos or be legally dealt with. · Unauthorized livestreaming or broadcast of the event is strictly prohibited. Those caught in violation will be asked to exit the event.

· Elderly with special needs, pregnant women, those with health concerns will take full responsibility for their condition. · WATERBOMB MANILA is not liable for any injuries caused by negligence and irresponsible behavior and actions. · Should there be a medical concern or emergency, Doctors, EMT’s and QRT’s are available within the venue. WATERBOMB MANILA Personnel must be notified immediately for assistance. · WATERBOMB MANILA is not liable for any loss or damage of personal property. · Security Personnel will be strategically deployed within the venue.

· Any type of liquid 100ml above ( perfumes, liquid sunscreen, lotion, hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, etc). · Pressurized canisters or containers are prohibited(hair spray, oxygen, sunscreen, insect repellent, etc.) · Any Outside food and beverage (including water). · Long umbrellas. · Waterbottles or tumblers. · Illegal drugs. · Professional cameras with high-magnification zoom lenses and drones · Tripods, selfie sticks, and other photography equipment exceeding 1M in length. · Bags larger than 40x50cm. · Camping gear such as tents, mats, and camping or foldable chairs. · Any type of firearm, firework, or explosive. · Sharp objects such as knives, can openers, scissors, forks. · Sound equipment such as whistles, megaphones, and speakers. · LED ornaments that can interfere with performances such as selfie lights, laser pointers, and unofficial lightsticks.(The artists’ fan lightsticks are permitted) · Flashlights more than 300 lumens. · Flags, banners, and signs larger than 12x18 inches. · Wheeled equipment or transportation such as bicycle, skateboards, hoverboards, motorcycles, roller-skates, wagons, etc. · Cooking and flame-starting/making equipment including but not limited to items such as lighters, portable stoves, flints, and matches. Lighters will be provided in the designated smoking areas. · Pet Animals · Children under the age of 16, regardless of a guardian accompanying them. · Other items deemed by organizers to interfere with the performance, safety, or equal comfort of guests shall be confiscated or placed in safekeeping until the event is over.
